I'm Amy, your reflexologist at Perfect Balance. I’ve partnered my sister, Victoria, The Wellbeing Doula. Together, we are passionate about supporting mothers through the postpartum journey with nurturing, holistic care that helps women feel held, heard, and supported.
As mothers ourselves, with four children between us, we understand just how significant this stage of motherhood is. Through our professional and personal experiences, we have come to recognise that every woman's path is unique and deserves compassionate, personalised support.
The first year after birth brings enormous physical, emotional, and hormonal change. Having the right people around you during this time can make a real and lasting difference.

Thoughtful postpartum support focused on recover, reassurance, newborn care and helping you feel held in the early weeks and months.
Deeply restorative treatments designed to calm the nervous system and encourage rest, balance and recovery after birth.
Hormonal balance: Reflexology can aid in regulating hormones in childbirth, helping to reduce mood swings, ease postpartum depression and promote emotional stability.
Stress relief: At times this can be a little overwhelming. Reflexology provides a calming and restorative experience that can reduce stress and encourage better sleeping patterns.

Reset & Recharge: £140-£160
2 hours of doula support
1 hour treatment where you can choose from a Zone Face Lift, facial or foot reflexology, or a combination treatment.
Doula childcare while you receive your treatment.
The Ultimate Pause: £265
3 hours of doula support
The ‘Ultimate Wellbeing Lift’, a 2 hour treatment that incorporates both a Zone Face Lift and reflexology treatment.
Doula childcare while you receive your treatment.

Every postpartum experience is different, this option allows you to build a package that suits your recovery, wellbeing and family needs.
Please note: If you are a new client to Perfect Balance an additional 30 minutes will be included in your first session to allow time for an initial consultation. A supplementary fee of £35 will apply to the above packages, which also includes extended doula childcare support.
