As a reproreflexologist I take a different approach to fertility-focused sessions and will therefore need to provide you with a more detailed consultation form and arrange a 60-minute video call with both partners.
This step is essential before beginning any treatments and the initial consultation call has a fee of £50.

New clients: As noted above please contact me directly before booking in your first treatment, as I will need to allocate an extra 20-30 minutes during your first session for the initial consultation. There will also be a £20 fee added to the session that you can pay for by card on the day.

Signature reflexology treatments
As discussed during your first session at Perfect Balance, all signature treatments will be tailored to your specific needs and will follow a treatment plan if one has been put in place for you. Allow a total of 60 minutes per session, which includes the treatment times stated below:
Facial and foot reflexology treatments are 45 minutes long.
Divine Balance is a combination of facial and foot reflexology that is 50 minutes long.
Frequency: all treatments are suitable for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and ad hoc sessions.

Fertility support programme
This course is for existing clients only, who have had their video consultation and have a treatment plan in place.
Designed to support protocols for IVF, IUI, ICSI and natural conception.
It's a course of 8 at a 20% discount, which can be shared with your partner if they are coming for reproreflexology treatments too.
Pregnancy & Postnatal treatments
Many of the treatments on this menu can be tailored to enhance your journey to motherhood through the soothing practice of reflexology, regardless of the stage you're at. Whether you're balancing fluctuating hormones or aiming to improve sleep, reflexology can help.

Zone Face Lift
Each treatment will leave your face sculpted, toned and lifted using unique techniques and the award winning Zone Face Lift Elixir. Each session will be customised to focus on your specific needs and includes the use of specialised tools like mushrooms, gua sha and an acupressure roller.
The weekly programs have been created to get your face in great shape and help support the longevity of your Zone Face Lift results, which aims to naturally lift your face and spirit. They are paid for in advance or on the day of your first treatment.
Allow a total of 60 minutes per session and the treatment time is 50 minutes.

The Ultimate Wellbeing Lift
This incredible combination treatment includes a full Zone Face Lift treatment and a full foot reflexology treatment.
It's designed to give your wellbeing the ultimate boost and reset the body both physically and emotionally. I'll work on reflex points on the face and feet to stimulate the body's natural healing process and you will experience the most incredible lift both inside and out.
Treatment time is 100 minutes, session time is 120 minutes to allow for a brief conversation prior to the treatment and any questions you may have after.

Our gift vouchers can be redeemed against any of the treatments listed in the treatment menu. If you’d prefer to purchase a particular treatment in its entirety, just let me know and I will have this arranged for you.
An e-voucher will be automatically generated upon purchase, but if you would like a physical one please drop me an email requesting this along with your voucher code. I will post one out to you or if you are in for a treatment prior to gifting the voucher, you are welcome to collect it in person.
